Photo, Media, and Promotional Release:

 By participating, I hereby grant Miss Immigrant USA (MIUSA) and its affiliates, agents, and representatives the unrestricted, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and publish any photographs, films, or video recordings of me during MI’s activites, including those sourced from the internet, social media, or any other platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, any photographs, videos, or other media created during photo shoots, pageants, events, or competitions involving me. I understand that these materials may be used for marketing, advertising, promotional purposes, and other management activities at MIUSA’s sole discretion upon my application and registration.

Usage Restrictions: I acknowledge and agree that I am strictly prohibited from using the “Miss Immigrant” name, logo, likeness, or any derivative thereof for any purpose, including but not limited to promoting myself on social media, the internet, or in connection with any business or commercial engagements, without the express written consent of MIUSA. The exclusive rights to utilize promotional materials or represent Miss Immigrant USA in any group competitions or events are solely vested in the MIUSA Organization.

Duration of Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement and remain in effect for the duration of the current year. They will automatically renew each subsequent year unless terminated in writing by either party.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law: Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or the breach thereof, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. All parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York City, for the resolution of any disputes.

Liability Release: I hereby fully release, discharge, and hold harmless Miss Immigrant USA, its affiliates, agents, officers, directors, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during my participation in the competition, associated travel, or any pageant-related events and activities.

Binding Agreement: By submitting this application, I agree that it constitutes a legally binding contract between myself and Miss Immigrant USA, enforceable in accordance with its terms. I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth herein.
